Ryan D Carnes - Lead Pastor
Pastor Ryan is an Ordained Bishop and has been the pastor of the Bainbridge Church of God since 2016. He attended Lee University and is married to Maria Segura-Carnes. He is also the parent of four children (Bethany, Sean, Andrew, and Anna).
Roman Perez - Youth Pastor
Roman joined our staff in 2024. He previously attended LEAD South Georgia and then as our youth interim over the summer.
Marc Pollock - Church Adminstrator
Marc has been the church administrator since 1993 at the Bainbridge Church of God. He has a degree in marketing fom Valdosta State and is an avid FSU fan.
Niki Kelley- Children's Pastor
Niki has been the children's pastor at the church for the past 8 years. She is the creative energy behind much of activities that you see at the church.
Julia Phillips - Worship Pastor
Julia is no stranger to ministry. Her parents have served in full time ministry for over 20 years. She is a passionate follower of Jesus who is gifted to lead in worship and is a skilled musician. Julia is presently a student of the LEAD South GA ministerial training program and is on schedule to graduate and attain her Church of God Exhorters License in May 2025. Julia is a coffee connoisseur, a Dolly Parton fan, and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
